Can I discuss my reports with any pathologist if available?
Yes, you can discuss your reports in main lab (Blue Area, Islamabad) and Lahore Lab with our on duty pathologists.

Can I get my reports from any of collection points of Excel Labs?
Yes, you can get your reports from a collection point nearest you.

What are the patient preparations for ultrasound?
Before coming for ultrasound, please make sure that:
- You have an appointment for ultrasound
- Have not eaten for at least 6 hours
- For whole abdominal ultrasound, Please drink 4-8 glasses of water to fill the urinary bladder one hour prior to appointment & do not urinate.

Can I get a copy of my reports?
You can get a copy of your reports just by providing details of your phone number or account number to receptionist.

What is a spot urine?
Spot urine/random urine refer to urine sample that can be collected at any point of day.

I have lost my receipt, how can I get my reports now?
You can get your reports just by providing receptionist about your contact details provided at the time of registration.

What is the procedure of giving 24 hour urine sample?
Please discard first morning urine. Collect all urine at the end of 24 hour period after first morning urine is passed

Can I have my reports of my results earlier than standard reporting times?
Yes we have an option of Short turnaround time (STAT) and urgent reporting of certain tests. Please specify at the time of registration
if you want your reports to be generated earlier, our staff will guide you accordingly.

How do we ship to LabCorp?
All samples are shipped according to the recommended guidelines from LabCorp USA.
Temperature requirements are fully controlled to make sure that stability of samples is not compromised.
Samples lost/damaged during the transportation, will be performed at no cost to the patient,
upon provision of the fresh sample.

What is the TAT (Turn Around Time) for the tests sent to LabCorp?
It takes a minimum of 15 days for test results to be reported. In case a report is delayed, patient is informed.
